  • Gin

– 90ml Gin
– 30ml Lemon Juice
– 30ml Gomme Syrup
– Champagne
– Mint Leaves

1. Combine the Gin, lemon juice and gomme syrup with 8 torn mint leaves in a shaker with ice. 
2. Shake for 20 seconds. 
3. Pour between two cocktail coupes or champagne glasses. 
4. Top with bubbles and garnish with a sprig of mint.
