New York Sour

  • Serves: 2
  • Prep time: 3 min
  • Bourbon & Whiskey

– 120ml Bourbon
– 75ml Lemon Juice
– 75ml Gomme Syrup
– Red Wine

1. Combine the Bourbon, lemon juice and gomme syrup in a shaker with ice.  
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds. 
3. Strain between two glasses over ice. 
4. Top with a Red Wine float. 

TIP: Gently pour your red wine slowly over the back of a spoon to float it on top of your drink.
