Lemon Flip

  • Bourbon & Whiskey

Ingredients:
– 45ml Whiskey
– 30ml Lemon juice
– 15ml Gomme Syrup
– 1 Egg White

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well for 20-30 seconds.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
