Gin Slushie

  • Serves: 1
  • Prep time: 5 min
  • Gin

– 60ml Gin
– Frozen Fruit of Your Choice
– 10g Caster Sugar

1. Blend frozen fruit with a few ice cubes in a food processor. 
2. Stir the sugar with 1 tbsp of hot water to dissolve, then add to the food processor along with Gin. 
3. Blen again until smooth.
