– 4-6 Ice Cubes
– 1 tbsp Sugar
– 60ml Hot Espresso
1. Combine the sugar and Espresso in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 20-30 seconds until the Espresso has chilled.
3. Strain into a cocktail coupe or martini glass and serve right away.
