Sazerac

  • Bourbon & Whiskey, Other Liqueurs

Ingredients:
– 60ml Whiskey
– 3 dashes Bitters
– 1 Sugar Cube
– 10ml Absinthe

Directions:
1. Fill a tumbler with ice and leave aside to chill. 
2. In a mixing glass (or bottom of a shaker) muddle the sugar cube and bitters. 
3. Add the Whiskey and stir well. 
4. Discard the ice from the tumbler and rinse the inside of the glass with the Absinthe. (Discard the liquid once done).
5. Pour the Whiskey mixture into the glass. Add a lemon twist to garnish.
