Rum Punch

  • Rum

– 45ml Golden Rum
– 45ml Orange Juice
– 45ml Pineapple Juice
– 15ml Gomme Syrup
– Soda to top

1. Combine rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and gomme in a shaker with ice.  
2. Shake for 10-20 seconds.
3. Pour into a tall glass over ice and top with soda.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint or lime wedge.
